The MSA are currently sending out for new and renewal licences so they must have the 2003 Blue Book available  ;)  ???  :D

Give em a call they may be able to fax through an extract  ???

Was going to run my Toyo proxes (loadsa tread left); but they may not be my best option I fear. Didn't wanna go 32 r as they're pricey in 15"" (Yes I know Polley is cheap; but I already have a trade deal :p )

Mark. The MSA told me to ring back Mid december. Also said keep eye on their website for 2003 licence app form. Not there yet!!

If anyone is getting a license for the first time in 2003, they can email their name and address to:

awren@msauk.org

who will send you out an application forms when they are available.
