Buzz Billsberry Posted May 27, 2002 Share Posted May 27, 2002 Well Iknow Yorkshire is becoming some what of a talking point with the WSCC mainly due 2 the weather. But I can't understand this. ok Scammonden was a bit damp and I admit it was a bit drizzly @ Harewood on Sunday, but I can't believe people were saying that it was absolutley bouncing it down... silly really, we only get 35ft of rain per year... Its a good job it wasn't in Lancashire as it rains much more over there they've all got webbed feet and live on house boats!! Cheers to Ron Siddle (under investigation) Paul Aspen and all the Marshalls and support staff for putting on a great day Plus a Big thanks to the RNLI for providing the life boats !!
