I do not know the make, but it is stamped on the back ' made in Italy' 05 02, which I think is a date stamp and resembles how MOMO stamp theirs. The front boss has a carbon fibre plate firmly stuck onto the besel, onto which I have stuck a Westfield badge, both look the part.
