Yorkshire Area Meeting - Tuesday 2 April

Well it's holiday time again so just a quick reminder from me that it's our regular first-Tuesday-of-month meeting at the Fox and Grapes on the 2 April from about 7:30pm.  We'll be on BST so it'll be nice and light and hopefully the snow will have gone.

There are two other things.  A member has asked about an Easter Sunday morning trip to Specialised Sports Cars for their Big Breakfast in Malton.  It starts at 8:30 and goes on till 12:00.  Please let me know asap if you're interested or send me a PM if you would like me to arrange a WSCC convoy.

Also pencilled into my diary is a trip to meet the Derby and North Notts on Thursday evening, 11 April.at Hathersage.  This is a wonderful trip over to Glossop to pick up some Manchester Lads and then over the Snake to the pub.  It's a change of venue for Derby and North Notts so I need to get in touch with AO Spire to confirm.  Again please let me know if you your interested.

There's lots more coming up over the next couple of months so I'll be in touch again soon.

Sadly, both these events are off as far as an 'official' trip is concerned.  There are a few of you going to Malton which I'm sure you'll enjoy.  AO Spire has asked us to postpone our trip tp Hathersage but we'll reschedule it for later in the year.  Quite apart from it being an ace route it gives a chance for our members in South Yorkshire to get involved in the club's activities.

I am looking forward to seeing you at the Fox and Grapes on Tuesday evening.  Maybe the sun will shine
