We're excited to announce our new 8 channel wireless relay receiver. It has 15A per channel, fully integrated high/low beam control (no need for any external relays) and all the other great features of the existing FREEWheel 8 but in a much smaller case with 23 pin Ampseal gold connector! Prices to be confirmed soon... [Beer not included!] @Kevin Pullen - WSCC Treasurer already has the first unit as part of his major winter overhaul- 47 replies

We showed an exciting development at Stoneleigh this year - our new CAN interface for Blink Marine keypads. What does this mean? It means that our CAN-enabled FreeWheel receivers (8 Relay or 8 Solid State switching) can talk directly with (and control the colours of) the popular Blink Marine keypads which we'll be able to supply with your choice of button inserts. So basically anything that you can currently control with a wireless wheel plate can also be controlled with a keypad. For example, you could start with an 8 button keypad on the dash (no more Savage switches with metal faces falling off), then later add a 4 button wheel plate to duplicate some functions closer to the action. Or use a 6 button keypad with a 4 button wheel, duplicating 2 of the channels on the dash. Or 4 and 4. We have keypads in 4, 6 and 8 button layouts, fit them portrait or landscape, they're fully submersible and feel great. So use a switching receiver + keypad, or receiver + wheel plate, or receiver + keypad + wheel plate - any combination to bring a cockpit bang up to date. The CAN keypads make wiring much more straightforward (just 4 wires), backlights and on colours are selectable, true plug and play switching! Our receiver can even tell the keypad to dim the backlights when your headlights are on - all programmed with our familiar USB tool. The CAN output also means icons can be displayed easily on a CAN digi-dash for the switch states, like AiM MXS or ECUMaster ADU... We've also added an interface to the ECUMaster CANboard - meaning conventional buttons can also be used to control our FreeWheel receivers, so low current momentary switches can then also control all our 15A outputs.

FreeWheel wireless steering wheel button systems for Stoneleigh collection
Kit Car Electronics posted a topic in Parts for Sale
I'll be bringing a few FreeWheel units to Stoneleigh this year - I'll also have a laptop and can demo - or point anyone in the direction of one of the member cars fitted with the unit for an 'unbiased' review Both 4 and 8 Channel versions have USB programming, indicator, hazard, mainbeam and IVA fog functions. The member 'show price' is £205 for 4 Channel and £255 for 8 Channel. If you'd like to pre-order one (or a BlinkStop or BeamStop) please ping an email to info@blinkstop.co.uk, thanks If you already have a FreeWheel please catch me around Scott's car in the marquee and say 'hi' - I'd love to hear how you're getting along with it. -
I have one FreeWheel 4 channel system (wireless steering wheel system) built with the 'Smart' integrated BlinkStop/ BeamStop function [available for immediate dispatch] Details here http://www.blinkstop.co.uk/freewheel.html These normally sell for £225 + £8.55 postage - yours for £210 including delivery.
