    K&N Air Filter

    K&N 45 DCOE Air filter (KN56-9106). Brand new never used, didn't even fit it as it wasn't what I needed. Sold one already so only one left to sell. Shop will not accept return so offering out for sale. £60
  2. Hope someone can help. I'm confused. Trying to order the correct K&N air filter my 2006 Westfield Megabird that I bought year before last. It's fitted with the standard Westfield airbox for this engine. I called Westfield who said they no longer sell the filters. They suggested speak to someone like K&N and get them to make up a custom one to fit. I've checked the pattern paper filter that's in the airbox and it's a "Mann" with code stamped on it: C 2860 The Westfield airbox has stamped inside it that the correct replacement filter is a VW part number: 049133843 Simples!     Air Temperature Sensor Location

    I am after advice as to where to locate the Air Temperature Sensor (ATS) as part of my Omex 200 upgrade. I have Weber DCOE 40 carbs with K&N air filters fitted. I had assumed that I would drill a hole in the back plate of the air filter and poke the ATS through. However, now I look at it, there does not appear to be enough room to do this without the ATS and connection fouling on the carb body. The only possible location is at the bottom centre. Just wondering if anyone has modified their K&N air filters and, if so, would mind posting photos of how that was achieved. If its no
