I have a pair of AVO front dampers which have had very little use for £60. The spec is 9" (to fit standard wishBone) fitted with 250 lbs compression rating springs. There is also another set of harder springs. PM. me if you are interested.

I have a full car set of Avo steel dampers for sale. These would suit SE/SEi/SEiW. I believe they came off and SEiW and had done less then 3000 miles when I brought them. These are used but in good condition with all the spring seats, collars and adjusters free. The bushes are all in good condition as well. I cleaned them up primed and re-painted them (silk black) and then bubble wrapped them and put on a shelf in the garage and promptly forgot about them. There is a slight amount of surface rust on the adjuster threads (which will need to be greased on fitting) as can be seen in the pics but otherwise they are good to go. They were destined for my SE but I went over to the ally bodied ones so they never got used. I also have a set of springs available to suit which I believe are 180lbs (rear) and 260lbs (front) so would suit most car engined Westies. I think the dampers are about £85 new each so these are a bargain at £120 without springs (plus post) or £140 with springs (plus post) Please PM, post up or email if interested I will respond to all enquiries.
