And when I last did an A Plan give us a quote online it was my local office who followed it up, not Clare?

Bit more enlightenment would be good if poss. Sorry if it's me being dull.

Clare posts in other topics on the forum too, so the link in her signature will always bring people back to this topic/thread.

I'm guessing that Clare would be happy for people to get quotes from her rather than everyone going through their local offices, as she's making the effort to post here (thus promoting their services) and may also get 'recognised' for business that she provides quote for (and all credit to her for joining the club and posting here too).

I though it was 'cause some of the people calling the other offices weren't automatically getting the club discount, as the other offices went familiar with it?

The company has provided sponsorship and from the sound of it a really excellent service, and all they appear to be doing is asking us to use a couple of designated, (and from all the good feedback, most efficient), contacts.

Damn wish I had read this first although I have insured the car with aplan anyway by chance as that's where my daily runner is with. Hope it's the same price!

Always found aplan very competitive and deliver good service on a side note
