That seems to have an extension - discussion here about using a 19mm spacer versus moving the pivot pin to an extended one: https://www.locostbuilders.co.uk/viewthread.php?tid=219124 https://kitspares.co.uk/products/mt75-clutch-arm-pin

Hi all, Getting a bit frustrated with DVLA now. I still haven't had the V5 issued yet and constant chasing results in excuses like "waiting to hear back from finance". I know from checking my bank that the cheque hasn't been cashed yet! How long it does it take? Our 4 days of summer are practically over and was really hoping to get it to Malvern this year as well.

Went up on Wednesday evening to do a bit of scouting for exactly that reason - was some fairly noisy stuff going round so got my finger’s crossed it will be ok and the rain stays away 🌧️

Just wondering this difficult to get a simple clutch release bearing for a Westfield. I thought the company still selling theese. They are not available on the site. May I am wrong the MT75 gearbox was the replacement for the type 9 but they only sell bearing for the type 9 what is much smaller. Do anyone sell one of theese? I want to reassemble my car but a simple part blocking me doing that.

My 1st attempt at polishing stainless steel. The manifold was all the dark tarnished colour before and the silencer pipe and end cap weren't quite so bad. Started with 120 grit and moved through to 2500 grit before polishing. About 7 hours in total to complete. -

Meet at Quacker's Cafe (gather.mango.tank) at 10am for a trot around the Peak District. It's a good, dry weather forecast but please wrap up, it's going to be a lot colder than this week has been. I'll have 300 layers on as usual 😁 Who is coming? -

Ok chaps and chapesses, it’s that time of the month again. Sycamore farm, Sunday morning at 10am. unfortunately I am away at the moment, but don’t let that stop you, we have had some good turn-outs lately, so let’s keep it up, the weathers looking good, so you could do a fun out after breaky. https://www.farmhouseinns.co.uk/pubs/lancashire/sycamore-farm?utm_source=g_places&utm_medium=locations&utm_campaign=FHI_pubpage -

I did an evening session in 2023, which was my first time at Brands Hatch. I enjoyed the track but was black flagged twice for noise, fortunately the 2nd time was about 10 mins before the end so not much track time lost. I was surprised to have a noise problem because I’ve not had problems on any other track, including being okay at Bedford which is known for being tight on noise limits. So enjoy the track but be careful with the noise 👍
