Warwickshire Curborough Track Day 19th September 2013

Hi,
As per usual I've booked a couple of track days for the club at the Curborough Sprint Course.
The Second of these days is on Thursday 19th September 2013.

The price is going to be £580 for the day.

We are looking to get between 10 and 15 people booked into the event with a BBQ for midday break.

If we have less than 10 people book it will be the total cost divided by the number attending.

If we get 10 people the cost will be £65 per person.

If we get 12 people the cost will be £60 per person.

If we get 15 people the cost will be £50 per person.

PLEASE NOTE there will be a £10 Surcharge for non WSCC members.

Any profit at the end of the year will be donated to a local charity.

The places usually go quickly so if you can let me know ASAP if your intending to attend a non refundable £20 deposit will be required to secure your place.
There may be the possibility of splitting sessions if some people can only make a morning / afternoon session. If you can let me know your preference I will try and sort it for as many people as possible to avoid disappointment.

This will be initially opened up to Warwickshire Area Members. However, 2 months prior to the event 19th July I will open up and spaces that I have not received a deposit for to the wider WSCC Community and beyond. After the cut off dates the places will go on a first deposits received basis. So prompt payers will get priority over local non deposit paying members.

Hi Steve.

Geoff Hall will be contacting you to confirm a place for the 19th. He's not quite got the hang of this forum thingy.

Both of my cars are in the process of being 'serviced/put back together' and I will either double drive in Geoff's, or if a miracle happens, bring my own.

I hope more people get their act together to make a day of it.

Hi all,

 

To avoid any misunderstandings, the Committee would like to remind everyone that this is not an official WSCC Track Day event, and as such, is not covered by the club's insurance, so it's up to each individual attending the event to ensure they are adequately covered.

 

Having said that, these events in the past have always been well run and a good laugh for all concerned, and will no doubt be good fun again this time - best of luck to Steven for a full turnout.
