Evening Steve,

Operation on shoulder pending. No track days or driving at all for me (honest). So not going out on track, are spectators welcome?

Cherry... bring the car and let Bambi drive......  :d

Can either pay in person at a meeting / Paypal or send a cheque for the deposits.

PM Sent To Stu,

For the other members which may be interested the answer is yes a 16 year old could drive round the circuit

* You can have a MSA sprint licence at 16, so we see no problem. Any younger and it would depend on the maturity (and/or size!) of the person.

* In answer to your query we do not have a rule about age. We leave it to hirers discretion, but suggest you have a letter of permission from parent or guardian.

That would cover driving round the track although driving round the access roads and pit area these would be classed as public highway any accidents between cars should be covered by normal insurance.  So officially I would think the Parent / Guardian would have to drive the car to / from the start / finish line.

Regards,

Steve
