Graham0127
Sorry guys ,but can`t we all drive like that.? If you watch 36 replays you will see an innocent bee get hit....spoiled it for me completely
Doug Dastardly
Not much run off Was that a 3 li BMW that sounded so good then? That's what the title implied. Would that be an old F1 engine then rather than a modified road motor?
Rory's Dad
Big air intake on the nearside (only) so a straight six possibly ?? Rory's Dad
stephenh
Not much run off Was that a 3 li BMW that sounded so good then? That's what the title implied. Would that be an old F1 engine then rather than a modified road motor? Surely the BMW F1 engine was a 1.5 litre turbo? From the days before they tried to limit the power outputs. Nick Algar - Competition Secretary
They use modified road engines mainly as they limit the power on single seaters to keep speeds down. The Le Man type cars and saloons have no limit and a few use big Judd engines. The 3 ltr limit they have stops them using the F1 engines that British Sprint & Hillclimb use. Cracking video as most of the European Hillclimb ones are. If only we could close public roads in the UK with such ease and support from locals !!!
