Status Updates

After getting a sledging, I have noticed a glitch

 

When I log on using the mobile app, my status automatically updates to "null" even though I have not clicked on or used status update.

This does not happen when using the full version.

 

A quick scroll through the status update history indicates that this happens to everyone who is login on using a mobile app, as there is a small phone icon showing

 

Can you investigate please?

I am aware of the issue, but will be a disproportionately hard one to fix. Mobile Skin and App doesnt properly support status updates and the issue relates to this.
