When i try to log on i type in the first letter of my username and the name usually pops up just underneath but lately i have to type in the full name and password hit the log in button and get the message wrong username or password, i then type the first letter into that message up pops the full name and password and im in. Any ideas why its doing this.

Ah, so if you logged straight on with Chrome, but had the issue with IE, there's your culprit.  Need an IE user to come along and answer this one, but it sounds like an auto complete setting or cookie issue with IE you need to change.  You might want to try Firefox instead as well, it's what more than half of internet surfers use these days.

For Internet Explorer make sure auto-complete is on.

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Content tab. About three quarters of the way down is the Auto Complete area. Click Settings and put a tick in whatever box against whatever forms you would like to include.

To get to Tools you may have to press the F10 button as the Menu Bar is often not displayed in Windows 7.

If you would like the Menu Bar (that's the bit where you see File Edit View Favourites etc etc) to be visible all the time then wneh you have found it by pressing F10, right click any clear area in that bar and put a tick against Menu Bar...

And I agree with Captain C. Firefox seems to have fewer problems than Internet Explorer.
