Nick Algar - Competition Secretary Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Aintree is a great track, it's likely to be the fastest you will see your car go Quote
fatbaldbloke Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Just brilliant, what the BBC do best. They did say it was Sir Jackie tomorrow. I've had the pleasure of working with him and you'll see exactly the same as you do with Stirling. He'll come over as considerate, polite, a really nice guy, and then just an odd phrase will make you think, wow,he's just wired a bit different to the rest of us. You only see it in the greats, a self belief that's not just an image, it's how they are. Quote
cidersurfer Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 What a cracking programme. Really enjoyed that. I think Patrick Stewart was actually quite overcome by the experience and mental note to myself that I must drive the Mille Miglia route before I die. Quote
Mooch Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Mayfair flat with a personal carbon fibre lift for two in yer wardrobe, all bespoke designed by Williams. How cool is that? Quote
M444TTB Posted December 27, 2012 Posted December 27, 2012 Really enjoyed it. Looking forward to the JYS episode more though. Also interested to see how they do the McRae episode given he's dead. On that note I wonder what they will say about his rather stupid death :-/ Quote
