Hi

When I'm on this site it's always the 'view new content' button that I use, rather than browsing through the different forums.

There's a tick box to the left where you select forum, member, blog etc. Would it possible to be able to permanently tick more than one box so that it would pick up new entries in blogs as well as forums at the same time?

Just an idea, if it's easy to do :)

And thanks for all the work that you techie bod's do. :t-up:

Hi there Doug,

I use the "View New Content" every time I flick through. There's a little settings bar towards the top (on mobile version) or settings button (on IPB version) that allows to change settings. Mine's set to "new since last visit" if I've commented the icon shows a star, solid colour if new comment after me, hollow if my comment is last.

It shows 100 threads, new latest comments first, if not read I get solid speech bubble/star once read they go hollow shapes.

Is this what you wanted?

That's pretty much what I've got I think, although the mobile version sounds slightly different.

I wondered if it was possible to include new blog entries in the same list as new posts.

It's not a big deal to change to blogs from forums, I just thought it would be nice if you could tick both boxes.
