Norman Verona Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Can't see many bikers wanting to ride that. It probably doesn't meet the courier business as it's too wide to zip past traffic. OK, for old farts though..... where can I buy one? Quote
7sRWild Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 http://www.litmotors.com/ Get one here Norm...... Quote
Rusty Nuts Posted December 12, 2012 Author Posted December 12, 2012 I suppose it might be for old farts or for people like me who are not allowed real bikes. Quote
echoz Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 If you cnat ride a bike without it falling over, you probably shouldnt be riding a bike? Quote
bhouse Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 "One of the most common accidents for motorcyclists is falling while turning a corner." Really??? Quote
Norman Verona Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 The 2014 C-1 is estimated to cost as low as $19,900 USD after federal tax incentives. I may let that pass. Quote
mikef Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 It's an awful long time ago since I rode a motor cycle but I do remember that you leaned it when cornering. Will this one lean into corners? If not I suspect it will handle like a pig. A motor bike was produced some years ago that had a "roof" and didn't need a crash helmet and you had to put your feet down to stop it falling over but it never caught on. Quote
FILFAN Posted December 12, 2012 Posted December 12, 2012 Yeah it was a BMW. In Europe you didn't need a helmet if you wore the belt but in the uk you still had to wear one. Quote
Rusty Nuts Posted December 12, 2012 Author Posted December 12, 2012 mikef I did wonder that myself, like you it was a long time ago. I always liked bikes but the other half never let me have one, toyed with the idea of a can-am the 3 wheeler thing with two at the front and one in the back and packed with electric wizardry to make it handle, which it does. At circa £8,000 to £19,000 they are expensive. Quote
