Norman Verona Posted November 29, 2012 Share Posted November 29, 2012 Our problem was in Ireland. There were procedures to deal with problems pre-order and problems post delivery. But no procedure for the time between. I was spitting feathers talking to people who couldn't do anything about the missing order. I had an army of people lined up to install this lot, a big server, and about 60 workstations over three sites. It had been planned to get it all installed in one day. Cabling had been run, the sites were already connected. In the end I had to call it all off. The order re-appeared about 3 days later and then they pushed it through quickly and we got it sorted about a week late. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
