Tyson Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Heres an idea i put to the Essex A/O 's. How about an evening/afternoon karting at Rayleigh indoor kart track for the Essex members (or any one else come to think of it). With a fair few Westfields off the road for the winter i thought it could be fun to have some competitive track time. Maybe early February. The track is central to most members. Cost is between £30-£50 depending on what package we choose. A good way to get our driving fix. Bragging rights for the winner. Embarrassment for the crashes. Heaps of fun. Who would be interested Quote

Captain Colonial Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Will there be a fastest engine change contest? Quote
SootySport Posted November 16, 2012 Posted November 16, 2012 Oh yes, us Essex boys are always changing engines, we are quite good at it. Quote
Pistol Pete Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 yep, be up for that. we might struggle to get enough for a gp format but we may be able to get a couple of teams together for an endurance race. Quote
SootySport Posted November 17, 2012 Posted November 17, 2012 We could invite the Cambridge lot, they are always keen on this sort of stuff. Quote
