minesapint Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 Following my great day Dales blatting yesterday, did it all again in the Forest of Bowland today. Clitheroe, Waddington, Newton, Dunsop Bridge, the Trough, Chipping, finished with a couple of pints of Black Sheep & roast duck at Dog & Partridge, Hesketh Lane. Ideal weather & area (Lancashire/Yorkshire border) better than the summer, where's everyone else been, or are they all tucked up for winter! Cheers Quote

marcusb Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 not tucked up for winter! but working Monday to Friday Quote
Norman Verona Posted October 24, 2012 Posted October 24, 2012 It's been nice here yesterday and today but after lunch. It should be nice for the next 3 days but getting colder. No blatting, I'm afraid, a new porch (that's a building added onto the front of the house, not a sports car) and laying a bit of wooden floor will keep me busy for the next week or so. Quote
Onliest Smeg David Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 Agree... Forest of Bowland and Dales great for blats. Luckily my work is flexible enough to sometimes get out when the weather is good. Quote
