coggie Posted September 8, 2012 Posted September 8, 2012 2005, 3 owners, in fantastic condition as you would expect having only done 1730 miles. 2.0 litre Pinto, discs front, drums rear. I have the receipts for parts bought when it was first built (galvanising the chassis etc) and others from the previous owners who upgraded various bits like the seats and Aeroscreen etc. Lockable boot lid as you can see in the pics but no wet weather gear. It’s got adjustable suspension, Zortec exhaust, Wolfrace wheels with Continental Winter Contact tyres, a K&N air filter and I’ve only ever used genuine Motorcraft parts when servicing it. It's Hpi clear as I did this before I bought it and I certainly haven't had any issues under my ownership. Just put 12 months MOT on it, but currently no road tax. Drives brilliantly. I'm selling as I've had it 2 years and hardly used it so it needs to go to someone who will take it out more often. Going to advertise on here first as I'd rather it went to someone who was 'into them' as an enthusiast. One point which probably doesn't really add value but is interesting - I have a letter from the then Editor of Which Kit Car magazine in 2005 saying that the car was built for him and was supposed to be featured in the magazine showing it being built over a few months / issues but this apparently never materialised.
