will make a decision probably later tomorrow as forecast seems to change almost daily

I suppose the question is "who else can do Saturday" ? - if the forecast still looks seriously crap by the end of tomorrow I guess we are better off running with reduced numbers than not at all, especially as it is so late in the year which will probably effect re-running of the event

I am unsure without checking in with "The boss" if I can do Saturday

As above guys - we are committing to doing this on Sunday pretty much regardless of weather

I shall be taking my one piece suit, bucket and spade, sun cream and oars - I shall not be caught wanting for anything oh and I might even bring a cake or two for desert as is tradition
