29, it did not get above 9 today, and was -4 at 6000ft today, so rather cold

Well it's far too cold in the North East, I just want to be back in Spain where I was this time last week.

Good morning all, it's brilliant sunshine et le ceil est bleu.

Of to see a man about my heart today. Usual procedure is they wire me up like an ECU, make me pedal a bike, he says you must come into hospital I ask why, he can't answer so I go home and we do it all again in 6 months.
