GreigM Posted September 3, 2012 Posted September 3, 2012 I've been critical of them in the past for not answering the phone, but today they picked up the phone twice within a few rings and (as always) once you get hold of them they are brilliant....don't know if its just luck or they've got a bit of staffing sorted, but I'm very pleased...well done Only thought its fair I should post up when I do get a good experience!
