I've been critical of them in the past for not answering the phone, but today they picked up the phone twice within a few rings and (as always) once you get hold of them they are brilliant....don't know if its just luck or they've got a bit of staffing sorted, but I'm very pleased...well done :yes:

Only thought its fair I should post up when I do get a good experience!

Gavin's back off sick leave now, so more hands on deck!

Phoned three times last Friday, and every call answered in less than 5 rings, just a shame I kept missing Gavin and only got there new trainee.

I got the new trainee the other day, he took my details and Russ called back about an hr and a half later. Very happy with the customer service :t-up:
