markcoopers Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Going to get my garage sorted out, ceiling, lights, floor etc so that it looks good as aposed to a brick tomb for a car. I was going to paint it all white, but what colour/patterns etc would you all do? By the way i have a genious plan to paint it involving an old jet washer..... Quote
Mark (smokey mow) Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 I hear those swirly artex pattens are coming back into fashion. Quote
markcoopers Posted August 24, 2012 Author Posted August 24, 2012 Not pink, the sexual conitations of driving a ferrrai into a pink garage are even too much for me. Quote
User0083 Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 Shall we get Mrs C involved in the decision? Quote
Cleggy the Spyder Man Posted August 24, 2012 Posted August 24, 2012 you could always line it with your favourite shirts - you do have a good eye for a smart shirt failing that you cannot beat white for hanging up artwork onto Quote
markcoopers Posted August 24, 2012 Author Posted August 24, 2012 Purchased a shirt with lots of tiny dolphins on it swiming in circles the other day.....classic. maybe white with BMW M colour stripes in it....i like me BMW's as well. Quote
Dommo Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 I wanted a mural on each wall to make it look like an old pit lane. Impractical of course so I went for white! Quote

CrashBangWallop Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 A nice, golden-brown colour with bubbles and a white, frothy topping. Make it look like you're inside a pint of lager! Quote
Norman Verona Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 If you work in the garage then there's only one colour............ BLACK. Quote
