However the best moment was when we'd finished and Jacob was driving his mini-tractor and trailer out of the field he, the donkey, came up to us. What did he want? Not an apple but a nice pat and "cuddle" which, of course, we both gave him. A bit of love and he wandered off to be with his 2 sheep who share the field.
