Never heard of this car before. Was visiting the Black Country Museum and they had a display of cars and bikes made in the area. Thought to myself "Bet there won't be a Westfield here.", but there was. Tucked away in the corner behind several others. It was too far away to read anything on the label in the window other than the name.

Done a search and there are only a couple of mentions of it on the forum, with no real detail. Very little else elsewhere. Anyone know any more? When, why, what for, what happened?

According to the robinshaw & Bouckley book (as i dont know better)

2 seater sports coupe concept car work on which started in March 1996, and 1 of 6 styling exercises carried out by roger tucker of RT designs who was later responsible for restyling the prelit into the SE.

The car first appeared at stoneleigh in 1987, but because of westfields limited resources at the time and other symilar mainstream cars available at the time it was decided not to put it into production.

The prototype was stored at the factory for some time before going on display at the bridgenorth motor museum.

Theres a few good pictures of it in the book.

Now how about the TRA and SS 2000
