Pistol Pete
As highlighted by Smokey, Helmingham Hall has the Festival of Classic and Sports Carson 5th August which would make a good run/day out. Details here: http://www.helmingham.com/eventsasp2.asp?ID=14 Not sure how the parking/entry options works but it would be good if we could all book on the same basis and park together. Mark has already booked an entry so suggest we all follow him (just need to work out what option he's booked). Will look at planning a route for a trip up there, thinking about starting at the now closed down A8 ball dinner and heading up the scenic route. So who wants to join in? Mark (smokey mow)
Sorry i've been out all eveing and only just logged on to the boardroom and replyed to your PM. For those booking in advance option 2 is the one to go for, you need to get the entry in by 25 July though to get that rate. After that you can gain entry by paying on the day but its more expensive. A small sellection of photos from previous years can be seen in my album here

Mark (smokey mow)
I'll have a look to see what i can come up with
Pistol Pete
Mark, Brian - I've had a quick look and as you're both Colchester based I suggest we meet/leave Marks Tey @ around 8am, route from there should be just just under 45 miles and 1hr 30min so we will arrive with just over half an hour spare. I'll modify the route later in the week and mail it out.

Mark (smokey mow)
A great day all generally dry, even more so for those of us with a hood Pete hope you didn't get too damp on the final leg home. As ever a cracking selection of cars on display, it always stuns me what people have hidden away in the garages. Here's a few of my highlights full album here
