Brands Hatch Track Day - July/aug?

Is anyone interested in doing a track day at Brands on either of the following days? It's quite pricey at £225 but a really good day out.

Happy to make enquiries with MSV for discounts if there's some interest but not sure if they're likely to oblige.

Tues 31-July - Open Pitt, 105db

Tues 21-Aug - Open Pitt, 105db

Will be doing Brands again (hopefully this year) but think I'm going to wait till later in the year when its a little cheaper.

Im keen to go the Brands Hatch as its not far from me. But as I have never driven on a track before dont know whether I am best tp head for an airfield first or somewhere thats likely to be less crowded??

I'm tempted by this, (31st July), as living in Southampton, Brands is one of the closer circuits at less than 2 hours drive!

However, I've only done a few trackdays since buying the car, just over a year ago, so am still learning and gaining confidence, so is Brands a good track to continue my progress? Certianly fancy it.

Yes, I want to go to Brands this year. I'll probably have to look for a cheaper day though.

Plucky / JustcallMeMac, I did my first track day at Brands a few weeks ago and I found it to be great. I've only had the car since January. I just started slowly and didn't worry about being overtaken, just took my time learning the corners. It's a short ciruit so this doesn't take long. As a result I think I grew in confidence fairly quickly and really enjoyed it.

I had also originally thought that I should start with an airfield trackday but really didn't fancy the trip to Bedword or Woodbridge which were both over 2 hours. Glad I went with Brands now and even more delighted it's on my doorstep. It is unfortunately a little pricey, however I'm hooked now and want to make the most of the good weather. Also, looking at the website, the last open pitt lane this year at Brands looks like 20-Sept and it isn't any cheaper
