Give me a day or two to see what I can arrange.

The activity day was great but I thought the morning was a bit of a waste with most of the time spent in a queue.

I'll get back to you if I have any options otherwise we can go for the August date and just book all the spaces.

It's a no go unfortunately. Had it all sorted and price was looking good but insurance caused a stumbling block that can't be avoided and so arranging our own day is never going to get off the blocks.

I'd be up for another one but I found the morning session with the high speed corner a bit of a waste of time only getting 3-4 runs with lots of queuing in the meanwhile. I might see if it's possible to book for the day but just join for the afternoon sprint tracks so I can just take a half day from work.

I agree and i like the sound of a half day if we could work something with them, it may also then appeal to those that live further afield and in other areas who might otherwise not be able to make the early start or just fancy a lay-in

Kev, i can understand your concern regarding Q ing for the high speed bend, i think we had about nine runs at it between me and my step son and we still started the sprint courses at about 11.15am. Thats the advantage of only having 12 cars attending.

I wouldn't of thought there would be a problem starting later, just sign in at the lunch break.

The weekday events are not as well attended as the Friday and w/e ones. So Mon -Thurs bought be the best times to go, however it is also hard for us WSSC members to attend on the same day during a working day.

Ok so not getting anywhere trying to get a bespoke day booked through car limits as they won't allow you to just book the slots on a pre arranged day as the airfield charge them a different rate for club days to their own days.

So looks like if we want to do it then it's best to wait for an under subscribed day like Brian's one and get as many of us as are available on it.
