JeffC Posted July 6, 2012 Share Posted July 6, 2012 You were quickest Westfield on 44.69secs with me in the big Duratec on 44.81secs Roll on blade power! goes to show power isnt everything ! and that was a tidy lap Mark, strange watching cars going around 3 sisters, we have raced here last year with the bairn in his cadet kart, with a measley 5 and a half bhp lawn mower engine I think the lap times and corner speeds would give you a bit of a shock ! pretty sure up the back straight in the slip stream they were hitting 75mph Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's not uncommon for them to be out the evening before one of our sprints, which can make the first couple of runs interesting until the track clears up a bit. In particular, both Ade and Mark (and John?) take a wider line out of Lunar missing the last kerb. I think that's quicker. Just a shame for me I didn't actually do it myself last week....
