But as well as coming off it's going the other way and grinding into the paint. They claim the stuff protects the paint but that depends on how much sharp grit there is and how hard you rub. I've seen microscope pictures of paint surfaces after a normal wash. You wouldn't believe how scratched the surface was. Quote
