So everyone is welcome, 12pm noon at Kingstown Hotel in Hedon (Just east of Hull on the A1033) There is also a good blast out planned after the meet about 1.30pm! hogman Posted August 1, 2002 Author Posted August 1, 2002 I know - I am sure soneone is taking the peeeee here as every time it gets closer to the meet the worse the weather gets!! although have to say we have had some good weather and been lucky so far!! Yep got a route all planned out ready, should be a good blast out aslong as the weather holds! Apologies to everyone for my lack of organising blasts out recently - work have had me working 24 hours a day 7 days a week More bad news the "MegaOne" wont be on the road at all this year, my mechanic has gone and got a job!! So next year means I have to do about 9000 miles to catch up - had the car 3 years and done 1000 miles!!! Ah well! See you all Saturday! Quote

Really enjoyed the meet and the drive out - was most impressed with that V8 power Mr M - much appreciated for the ride! Hey Jon - did you ever collect all those "£1 a go" for the sun block - you'll be a rich man!!! Nah wont make the Yorkshire meet - back to the grind - working loads still! Let me know how it goes! Hey StudBuckle we got 10 cars there plus all the tin tops - and we were missing some of the regulars - this meeting is getting VERY popular!! Glad you enjoyed yourself Mossman, was good meeting you and seeing your new Westie - looks a fine beast! And that Subaru - found out wasnt a road car - was a rally car special bought from a Japanese rally team and had only 330bhp! Well I was close!! Cheers everyone for coming and making it a good un!
