Lurksalot Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 please help Oh code gurus , I know that you can hide a link behind some text , so that when you click on the text the link is invoked , but for the life of me I can't suss it on the new board , the old board held your hand through the process but I am now stumped The best explanation in the simplest of words wins thanks in advance
Captain Colonial Posted April 21, 2012 Posted April 21, 2012 Type a word you want to use as a hyperlink, like Clicky Use your mouse to highlight the word Press the button that looks like a couple of chain links below the "Size" box - a window will pop up Put the URL (aka website address) in the box and press OK When you get back to the text box, be sure to click away from the highlighted area to de-highlight it before typing or it will disappear
