Yes the Manchester Area Scenic run takes place on Sunday 12th May.

Meeting Points

Starting at 9.00am at the Horton Arms on the B6195, Chadderton, Oldham.

Passing through Birch Services Westbound on the M62 at 9.20am.

Then on to The Bay Horse, Fence at 10.00am.

Then the fun begins, 130 miles of the some of the best se7en roads Lancashire and North Yorkshire can offer. The Trough of Bowland, Bentham, Settle, Long Preston, the A682 (the 3rd most dangerous road in Britain according to a recent survey) Gisburn, and Barrowford.

With lots of refuelling and regrouping stops along the way.

And then back to the Bay Horse in Fence for beer and lunch.

From M60/M62 head north on the M66,

Which leads onto the A56, follow this to

The M65, go straight on at the roundabout

Onto the A6068, through 2 sets of traffic lights

the Bay Horse is on the left, Just before you go into Fence

Family crisis has just brewed up in the last hour so I may be struggling

tomorrow (sorry guys). I may just try and get to the pub at lunchtime - any
