westy turbo Posted December 14, 2012 Posted December 14, 2012 Thats my workout also,as am a personal trainer for it.s for all ages,and all needs,and so easy to use,as it has to do with the center of gravity.The more away from the anchor point you are,the harder it gets and the opposite. More than welcome to help out if someone wants to give it a try!! you can even mount it to a door in the house..... so no reason to waste gas/money going to the gym.I compine it with bike/swimming Quote
