Auto Release Pinned Items

Tigger, is there an option in the system, or can you write some code, to automatically unpin "stickies" if they haven't been viewed for a period of time. 6 weeks seems to be reasonable.

There isn't an option that I have found Norman, so I just tidy up the Sprint / Hillclimb ones every now and then. Leave other forum's to other mods to do.

I agree about the calendar Sticky but I feel the "Welcome" one should stay a little longer as we are still having members who have not visited for a while register on this new forum so I think there is still life in that one

... as for the copyright one, that will probably be there forever as we need to re-enforce the subject from time to time

No problem, it's just I think most of the regulars just don't read the stickies, I don't even glance at them. Just a nuisance to scroll down every time,
