stephenh
Usual problem with class F (and E) cars. Which class do we fall into at Guston and Castle Combe? It is either "Road going Specialist Production" (class B 1,2 or 3 depending on engine size) or "Modified Specialist Production" (class C4). I've read the sections S11 and S12 in the blue book, but am none the wiser. The supplementary regs used often to make it clear either by having a seperate class for space framed kitcars, or by expressly excluding cars without a full windscreen from entering Class B. However that doesn't seem to apply to Bristol's regs for this year, nor BARC southwest. So are we ok entering class B? Afterall, we have tax discs (and mots if required) for E & F, so that makes us road going?
mark.anson
Stephen, either contact the entries sec for the club or just enter class B. They will soon move you on the day if you get it wrong.
