Matta Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Mountain bike gloves are the way to go - try www.edinburghbicycle.com as they usually have a good selection. I have a pair of Altura night vision ones. They have a waterproof outer shell and a removable inner you can use on it's own as a summer glove. Cheers, Matt Quote
Dibby Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 For mountain bike gloves, I've been riding with pecialized Body Gloves for years, they're cross-country gloves but a real tight grippy feel to them for clinging on for dear life on the downhill tracks. For choice of kit, by far and away the biggest bike shop on the new is Chain Reaction: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/ Quote
Hammy Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 I use fingerless bicycling gloves from Halfords when no one is looking. Cheap and the fingerless part I like Quote
Rory's Dad Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 Or if you want some battleship grade ones, how about these from Lidl? http://www.lidl.co.u...d&ar=10&nf=TRUE Rory's Dad Quote

mi7rennie Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 +1 for the sealskinz gloves, we use a couple of pairs and they are great. Comfy, grippy and cozy. Seem to be lasting well too. Quote

lippydave Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 Motocross or mountain bike gloves do the job for me in an open car... I also have a pair of Fox Polarpaw neoprene gloves for cold/wet days. Motocross/enduro gloves are often a bit tougher than mountain bike gloves, although sometimes they are one and the same product... Quote
