I've being trying to contact John for a while now with either no response or being told that the address doesn't exist! How do I contact membership admin?

As above - but might I suggest you raise a Support Ticket as well? Go to Your Profile | Client Area | Support and press New Request, then outline what it is you require - someone besides John might be able to assist.

I believe John is working hard and with some very odd hours in the real world right now, and hasn't been logged into the boardroom for more than a week as a result. Not an excuse, just a possible explanation.
