Chiefy Posted February 21, 2012 Posted February 21, 2012 Not sure if of any interest but we were the logistics company who arranged the aircraft etc and flew the whole project to Salt lake City and back after the successful outcome. We did all the cargo build up including all the support equipment and spare bodywork plus the car. With bodywork it was over 30ft long. It flew from Stansted Airport on a chartered 747. I had the opportunity to meet David and the team several time including when the car was being tested at RAF Wittering. I beleive the car could have gone faster if they had better tires! Quote
