Can we have a ban on or maximum sized for images in signatures?

I know there fun, but is appears to be getting rapidly out of hand!

If you go ino My Settings and Ignore Preferences, you can ignore signatures and profiles for individual members if they bug you that much.

Or just hover the cursor over their sig and an X will appear in the top right hand corner of it. Click that and you can then hide that members signature.

Hi Guys, can someone please give me a steer on how to hide information underneath my Avatar like phone number, WSCC Membership number, area etc been looking for hours and just cannot find out how to do it. Help please

Note - the only way I found to remove my phone number was to delete from the profile which is not what I was looking to do.

You're the only one that can see that info, please don't delete it though, it's what the club uses to send you magazines, contact you in case of problems etc.

There are a couple of lines that do display publicly, your car details and "My Location". These are both completely optional, but do make it easier for someone trying to assist with questions or if you're buying/selling parts - saves you having to say where you are all the time and what the car is.

If you want to see what's visible to the rest of the world, try logging out of the Boardroom, then surfing back to a page you've posted on. You'll then get the view of your details that everyone else does.

Hi Dave, thanks for the advise yet again :d  I hopefully will get there soon with using the site - sorry for all the questions.

Did you see my photos of the DOHC Rocker cover mod - and did it look OK to you? Cheers Alex

Don't ever worry about asking questions! (You can almost guarantee some one else will want to know the same thing too!)

The cover mod looks good. Fingers crossed that and the breather re-plumb fixes your issue.

Thanks for helping Alex out while I was AFK Dave, much appreciated. :t-up:  As David said - never fear asking, we're here for you! :)

To reiterate to all members - please, I beg of you, PLEASE do not delete your name and address from your profiles.  Only you and the few Administrators can see it, no one else, and it's how the magazine mailing list is generated and helps members know where their nearest local area meet is.  If you delete that, all that happens is I get the magazine returned to me as undeliverable, then I call you and ask if you moved, and if not, why you deleted your profile details.  Then I have to put the magazine in a new envelope and go to the post office and pay to re-send it, then fix your profile.  I understand the concern about your info, but there's no need, it's secure.

DO keep your profiles up to date if you move so the magazines follow you. :t-up:
