Why can't I upload an avatar pic from my computer/Photobucket

That's funny! The little pic adjacent to the panel in which I am typing is the old square truncated format. But the avatar by my post above is rectangular and cropped correctly, if it's cropped at all!

Yeah, I noticed that, it's the same 'cropped' version next to the "reply to this topic" at the bottom of the thread
