I still have a problem, trying to import a picture from my computer as my avatar. Picture has been reduced to 273x243 pixels, and saved on the computer as a jpeg. Tried on my computer and on Mrs H's computer, and each time it says it cannot download the picture, so really dont know where we are going wrong. Any suggestions? :bangshead: :cry:

Have you tried removing the photo(s) until it is blank and then loading the one you want and saving the setting?
