Paul Hurdsfield - Joint Manchester AO Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 (edited) Ok I 've got a paypal account that i dont use very often, and I need it to sort out my WSCC membership. I have forgoten my password So I click on the forgotten password link, and they send me an email, it say's. To get back into your PayPal account, you'll need to create a new password. It's easy: Click the link below to open a secure browser window. Confirm that you're the owner of the account and then follow the instructions. So I click on the link and open the secure window, and it asks me for my effin' password And I cant find anywhere on the page to confirm who I am, other than entering my email address and password Help me please before this pc goes out the bedroom window. peterg Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 I don't think it's asking for your old password, it wants you to type the new password in..... (I think, don't know for sure as I've never had to do this ) Quote

Norman Verona Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 I've tried every card I have with every email address I have and none are accepted. It says I can't use an existing email address or card number. Time to give up and get on with something else. Now, where's that hammer. Quote

Norman Verona Posted January 5, 2012 Posted January 5, 2012 Steve, very kind of you. However, not being a member I can't seem to contact you. There's a hole in the bucket, Dear Liza, Dear Liza. I assume you can process credit cards so If you email me I'll reply with the details. Norman@FrenchBlat.com Quote
