Vigin TiVo Box Question

Does anyone here have the Vigin TiVo box?  I need to clarify something technical - here comes the science... :bangshead:

Currently I have the V+ box, which has two SCART sockets at the back.  When you plug a HDMI lead into the V+ box, one of these SCART sockets is disabled.  My setup is such that the TV is connected to the V+ box via a HDMI lead, and the second SCART socket is connected to a RF modulator, which pumps the V+ signal and the outside aerial signal to the other TVs in the house.

With me so far?

On the Virgin TiVo box, there's only one SCART socket.  So (finally!) what I need to ascertain is if the HDMI lead is connected to the TiVO box, does it then disable the SCART output, which would have the effect of blacking out the other TVs in the house.

Reason I'm changing is that Virgin have faffed me about so much that they're willing to upgrade me to a TiVo with no installation or activation fees, and actually knock £3 a month of my bill, so win-win in theory.

Sorry if you fell asleep, and TIA for any help! :t-up:
