Will be up for sale shortly.  Am not keen on stripping it down into bits but if it proves more profitable it may well be logical.

Anyone interested ?

A new one will cost quite a lot  ;)

Bottom end

Ford 205 cylinder block – re-bored to 80.2mm.  Oil Squirt jet holes machined in block as per YBP.  Work all done at Cosworth

Cosworth YBP squirt jets fitted – brand new

Pistons – Accralite forged.  Cut outs added to clear squirt jets – brand new

CosworthYB forged crankshaft – brand new

Glacier Vandervell bearings – Brand new

Cosworth YB HD conrods – brand new

Compression ratio – 11.3:1

AP racing clutch Heavy duty Pinto/Cosworth item

Lightweight flywheel with 12.9 flywheel bolts

Bottom end fully balanced and built at Cosworth

RS2000 sump

Modified breather tube from block

Head

Cosworth 4x4 Cylinder head, has head min to clean fire face from new.

Standard YB turbo valves but ported to RS500 drawings at Cosworth.  Intake manifold matched to head, beautifully done.

Piper L1 inlet cam and BD3 exhaust – re-grinds from turbo cams

Arrow solid lifters and shims

Piper double valve springs and caps – brand new

Red cam cover with turbo machined off the cast in logos on top.  Spark plug opening bored out on cam cover to accept Audi coil over plug ignition (supplied)

Std cams pulleys all timed up

4x4 water pump – NOS

YB front pulley with ‘trigger wheels’ 36-1 toothed wheel welded to back face

Kevlar reinforced cam belt

Alternator – Not mounted as yet (Micra 1.0l version kicking about somewhere)

Estimated at around 220 -230bhp depending upon exhaust and intake set-up.  Running gear spec'd for 9000rpm, but I do expect a drop of in power around 7,500 rpm with the current cam setup.
