Is it me? (Light Rant)

I have to pay for my bins to be emptied at work once a fortnight, I can accept that, one of those things. What does bother me is the fact I'm not allowed to recycle, and so much of my stuff is recyclable. I'm also lucky I can keep it in the shade, a fortnight really is too long in this weather.

I haven't a problem with this recycling thing but why don't we have general rubbish one week and recycling the next, so far it is extra costs and more damage
