Building Services required

I'm secretly hoping that there may be a builder on the Forum that may be interested in doing some work for us if and when our purchase of industrial premisses completes!

We will be looking for the following work to be done:

(1) dig a pit for our alignment ramps in the concrete floor approx 12" deep by 4.2m x 3m. The base where the ramps sit will obviously need to be strong enough to hold the scissor lift and 5 tonnes of vehicle.

(2) Extend the entrance ramp to the unit by 3ft.

(3) Repair two 'fist' size holes in asbestos roof.

(4) knock down existing internal Office/toilette area and rebuild.

(5) steel clad exterior of building to half height.

I have no idea on costings but any advice would be welcome or if someone is interested in taking on the work within the next 3 months please PM me.
