DITCH Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 Got sent this.......... Made me Laugh!!!! and think ? Thats what we need so badly in this Nanny state country we live in ................ "Marines"... and some Rough Justice dished out!!! The "f*****s would think Twice" Thats for sure !!! Quote
Captain Colonial Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 The fact that this idiot must have walked past the Marines to get into the store in the first place shows how little thought he put into it. And stabbing one jar head when he's got three of his buddies with him is never a good option unless you're Usain Bolt. We need a few more high kerbs like that in this country... Reminds me of a family friend who was a video cameraman for the BBC news, working in Beirut in the early 80s. He was trying to get some footage and looked down a street, which appeared very quiet apart from one Lebanese soldier standing watch. The soldier said, "Don't go down there - if you do, you'll be shot." He thought to himself, "Shot? Nah, very quiet down there, I'm perfectly safe." The soldier repeated his statement one more time, but our friend went down the street anyway. He went about 30 yards down the street when the soldier shot him in the lower leg, and then went and helped him back to where they started and to get an ambulance. "I told you if you went down that street you'd be shot!", the soldier said. Fair play - no one to blame but himself! Quote
Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 Sadly, more fiction than fact... Someone posted the link to Snopes when this came up the other week Let me do a search [/blaters mode] Here you go Clicky Seems a similar robbery did happen, but the "fell off a curb, and broke his legs..." bit isn't Quote
echoz Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 Shame that if that happened the thief would have got a load of compo and the marines a right bollocking however it does feel like the longer people get away with stuff, the more vigilante people will become, so maybe soon this will be a real news story Quote

DITCH Posted May 30, 2011 Author Posted May 30, 2011 Sadly, more fiction than fact... Well, maybe.... But who knows for sure.. '' But think about it....... If the article is based upon fact and real incident occurring , Do you honestly think this d**k head that managed to stab a Jar Head, did not get the Wrath of God bought down around his ears by his Buddies, and as a consequence would not be walking a way under his own steam thats for sure !!!!! '' This is the problem with this country..... Definitely Low Curbs... I vote for higher Curbs and the consequence of "p**s'n about with em"!!!!! '' Ditch Quote
jeff oakley Posted May 30, 2011 Posted May 30, 2011 It does happen in thic country. So time ago a friends brother in South Yorkshire caught a Thief coming out of his garden shed with his hands full of gear. A piece of 2x2 fell across his forehead, when the police came they just said "did he fall"? The answer of course was yes and off he went into the back of a van. Also in doncaster market a bag snatcher was unfortunate to run into a couple of big lads as he was being pursued by the owner of said bag, he too fell over. What is wrong is that now the police are more likely to ask about the injuries rather than the crime. Quote
gee_fin Posted June 1, 2011 Posted June 1, 2011 It is false, disgusting that media are now doing another round of regurgitating the false story but with the twist of changing the name to sound blacker too... Quote
DITCH Posted June 2, 2011 Author Posted June 2, 2011 people involved in this adult care discrimination, have you seen the video on bbc news site? sickening, every single one of them needs leaving in a room with abunch of marines if ya ask me '' I watched this.... and made me physically sick, these people, or should I re phrase it, these things that a simulate human beings, should have been put down at birth !!!'' Without question !!!! Stuff the marines, I wouldn't mind being left in a room full of em for half an hour with a Hammer !!! '' Ditch. Quote
Dibby Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 These people are probably better off being arrested. If they were doing that to a relative I'd no trouble waiting in the car park for them to finish a shift and giving them an absolute pasting. Quote
jeff oakley Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 Sorry Tubs but I disagree, this is the only time he has been caught, no one knows how many people lives he has turned upside down. Many people can never live in a home that has been burgled and he uses the human rights act to not do time. Until we see criminals punished properly by the system there will be more bad feeling created by such decisions. How can anyone feel that someone who is guilty of speeding gets a massive fine or loose their licence and job is treated worse than this burgler who has got of with little more than a slap on the wrist. Do the crime do the time but that should be in proportion to the offence. Quote
